Road rage made a mess on the CIP northbound

Heavy delays on the Cross Island Parkway northbound after the Hempstead Turnpike Exit reporting multiple vehicle accidents with injuries including one overturned. This is near the UBS Arena.

Several drivers reported road rage while exiting the arena heading to the Cross Island Parkway from an earlier dispute.

ESU is working to upright the vehicle and remove all people trapped inside. EMS is also working on the injured.

FDNY is also on the scene.

It's a mess all around.
