Road rage and gun show on the MSP southbound

Police are on the Meadowbrook State Parkway southbound after Garden City reporting a road rage turned into one shot by bb gun. Now more police officers are joining the chase on the parkway to stop the vehicle. EMS is attending to the bb gun victim who was wailing. Heavy delays all around.
