Rikers Island on lock down after 2 inmates possibly escaped as they are not accounted for. Chopper hovering above. Heavy police presence around the area. PAPD on high alert at LaGuardia Airport. Searching for 2 perps in orange jumpsuits. Sources reported two inmates were transferred from AMKC Jail at 1919 Hazen Street also located in Rikers Island but their whereabouts are unknown. Ongoing investigation. Update - One in custody. Searching for the other one. He has been identified as Naquan Hill, 24 held for burglary charges.
