Repo company scanning plates for seizure

A Bronx based company has setup their vehicle units on Hillside Avenue and 257 Street in Floral Park to scan license plates and find vehicles for seizure due to non-payment. The vehicle equipped with license plate readers scan for non-payment and then send out tow trucks to take away vehicles. Asked the driver of the vehicle if he has permit refused to speak and closed the windows including placing cones on the road by simply replying call the company in the Bronx.
