Reminder to wake up early tomorrow morning in Glen Oaks

This is the third reminder especially for the baby boomers. LiDL, the supermarket chain, is all set to open tomorrow morning at 7:30am inside the Glen Oaks Shopping Center with ribbon cutting.

The company announced the first 100 waiting on the line will receive a gift card without disclosing the amount.

Also for those waiting on the line will receive food samples to try on so bring your chairs and meet new neighbors.

For the last two years Glen Oaks residents did not have a grocery store and had to depend on ShopRite or Stop and Shop in New Hyde Park and Food Bazaar in Douglaston.
