RIP to the last store but the brand name lives on in NY

The last NY Sears store will be closed on October 16 and it's in upstate. October 16 is the last day for the upstate location.

Sears added to the list of H&M which are closing 240 stores this year along with 70 Sears Hometown stores.

Another popular sports chain, Olympic Sports will be closing all stores along with PNC Banks which will close all their units inside grocery stores. Bed, Bath & Beyond also announced closing of 150 locations. This is the NY list for closing,

Farmingdale: 251 Airport Plaza Blvd.

Middletown: 470 Route 211 East, Suite 3.

Mt. Vernon: 500 East Sandford Blvd.

New Hartford: 4805 Commercial Drive.

Plattsburgh: 73 Centre Drive, Suite 100.
