Queensboro President announced run for DA

Beside NYC Councilman, Rory Lanceman, Queens Borough President Melinda Katz announced her run as the District Attorney.

Her campaign is based on justice for all, regardless of ethnicity, orientation, or economic status.

The current DA, the aging Richard Brown, 86 years old is scheduled to retire after over 20 years on the job.

If Katz wins, her seat will be vacant and new candidates will be announced for the upcoming election.
