Queens man indicted for protecting his mother from stepfather

The Queens DA's office stated today the grand jury indicted the son who intervened and attacked his stepfather. This is during a domestic dispute inside their home with the mother. The son had no priors and was arrested on the scene when the incident was reported on April 27.
