Queens man charged in shooting death of one person and assaulting three

Pharoah Ferguson, 44 of St Albans has been arrested and charged with homicide, attempted murder, assault and weapon possession. According to Queens DA's, the incident happened on Sunday, January 28, 2018, between 5:10 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. at the northeast intersection of the North Conduit and 135 Street. One person, Sherwood Beverly, 51 died after shot in the head and neck. Another male, 50 was shot in the neck and another, 50 year old male has bullet gazed on the shoulder. Another passenger was injured from broken glass while sitting inside the vehicle. If convicted, Ferguson is heading to prison for 25 years.
