Queens is winning over Vegas with expansion

Get ready to see the Resorts Worlds Casino with expansion. The plan has been approved today to make way for a 400 room hotel tower. A brand new concert arena for 7,000 audience.

A ground breaking ceremony with balloons was a huge success this morning and will cost around a measly $5.5 billion.

The first phase of 1,400 slots is now a successful operation after launching three months earning over $230 million.

In a press release Genting Americas East President quoted,

“Since the moment we opened, our slot machines have been incredibly popular with the public, generating more than $230 million in gross gaming revenue in just 11 weeks. With these 1,400 new games, we will be able to accommodate more patrons and generate even more in taxes for the state.”

Many Queens locals living in the area are not happy but hey the casino makes money for the government to enjoy. Despite protests, Flushing casino is on schedule for 2030 opening.
