Queens Village resident busted for masturbating inside 7 train

Queens Village - Police arrested Savaughn Rosado Dobbs, 21 of Queens Village reported on Friday, May 19 and charged with public lewdness. Dobbs while riding 7 train on May 3 around 2pm was caught allegedly masturbating near Court Square station heading to Manhattan. A commuter snapped picture and reported to police. After investigating, Dobbs was placed into custody. Reported 9am.
