Queens Village man in custody after homicide investigation in Jamaica

Police arrested a Queens Village man wanted for assault and homicide of a 76 year old male in Jamaica. The incident happened on June 20 around 11:30pm on Jamaica Avenue and 171 Street. The suspect identified as Daniel Rodriguez, 45 has been taken into custody as per report by NYPD. Charges are pending due to ongoing investigation.
