Queens United International Party in Sunnyside

Sunnyside Gardens Park is again hosting its annual QUIP event on Saturday, September 14 from 3:00-9:00pm. Join us for a celebration of the cultural diversity of Queens with
International music and food. Kids and adults alike can dance or lay back and enjoy musical acts featuring Somer Suarez (Uruguayan), Brooklyn Raga Massive (Indian/Bhangra), Rose Moraes & Roots of Brazil (Forro/Samba), The Lowers (American & British Rock & Roll) and The Brown Rice Family (Jamaican Reggae/ska). Assorted food trucks will serve up various cuisines, kids can get creative at the craft station, and pizza, popcorn, beer and wine will be available for purchase.
Saturday, September 14, 3:00-9:00pm at Sunnyside Gardens Park, 48-21 39th Avenue, Sunnyside, NY 11104. Open to the public. $10 suggested donation to benefit the musicians and the park. Kids under 12 are free.
