Queens DA s office reported jury selection for Brian Moore rescheduled

On Monday, October 2, Queens DA's office reported the jury selection scheduled for today has been rescheduled to October 16. Details were not provided. The trial for Demetrius Blackwell, 37 facing first degree accused of shooting NYPD officer Brian Moore in Queens Village is pending after he pleaded not guilty. Moore died of gunshot wounds after the incident on May 2,2015. Blackwell is facing life without parole in prison if convicted.
