Queens Blvd closed in Elmhurst

Police are on Queens Blvd in Elmhurst reporting a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. The driver took off westbound Queens Blvd. This is after 51st Avenue. Heavy ESU and EMS on the scene. Police are searching for the suspect driver.

The pedestrian is in critical condition.
