Protests continue despite Mayor s approval to hire more cops in NYC

From Tuesday, June 23rd onward, protests in New York City continues due to the unexpected additional hiring of 1330 cops to the city. Hundreds of people gathered at a rally in the City Hall while some elsewhere in the three boroughs except Staten Island and Queens, holding signboards with words "sellout" over pictures of Mayor Bill de Blasio.
