Protest scheduled for the weekend in Queens

For Queens, 3 protests announced. For August 22 at 10am, the protest is BLM and its at 10am in Sunnyside. The meet is at Roosevelt Avenue and 51st Street. The second one is pro-cop march to support 108 Precinct at 11am with the meet at Sabba Park, 49-12 Queens Blvd. The march will go to Greenpoint Avenue. This is organized by the 108th Police Community Council
The third one is on August 23 from 12 to 2pm with meet at the Queens County Borough Hall on Queens Blvd in Kew Gardens. This protest is against Umbrella Hotel organized by The Queens Coalition for Solidarity demanding shut down for illegal activities and parties inside the location. There were 2 shootings, July 3 and August 9 but no one was hurt. Drivers are advised to use alternate route for Roosevelt Avenue and Queens Blvd during those events.
