3 more police reform bills to be signed by Cuomo. Police and courts must track arrest data, officers must report if their weapon discharges near people within 6 hours and require officers to provide medical and mental health assistance.
For Phase 3, Cuomo says he will allow gatherings of 25 people instead of the 10 stated before. Also, Phase 3 can re-open in Western NY and Capital Region on Wednesday.
