Pot bill heading to the governor

NY Senate voted 40-23 on the recreational pot legalization bill in favor in the evening. By late night, the Assembly voted 100-49 in favor to pass. Now the bill is heading to the governor to sign which he expect to when he makes the announcement. After the signing, the process will starts in 18 months.
