Postal inspectors going after people who charge for wrapping boxes without legal grounds

Due to high security alert, postal inspectors now going after people who covers boxes for a small fee in the area and Flushing. Using brown papers to cover the entire boxes which are similar to lots of packages, postal police is tracking down since its illegal to cover boxes for USPS mailing for a profit. Covering must be done by the sender only and the first offense is usually a fine and repeated offenders may face possible jail and fine.
