Police officer from Bayside arrested for DWI

Liam Donahue, 22, was arrested at 6:13 a.m. Saturday in the 111th Precinct in northeast Queens, police said. The off-duty rookie officer was arrested after striking an empty car on 40th Avenue near 218th Street in Bayside, Queens just over an hour before he was arrested. \
