Police arrested a 17 year old for two car crash that killed another driver in New Hyde Park

It happened around 11:30pm on Tuesday night near Covert and Second Avenues when a teen, Deepak Kumar, 17 struck another vehicle that had a father, mother and 6 year old daughter inside.
