Police are reporting 4 people stabbed

Richmond Hill - Police are reporting 4 people stabbed. Heavy EMS and ESU on the scene. it happened at 115th Street and Liberty Avenue around 10:30am. Ongoing investigation. Suspect is Asian Indian or Guyanese male, 20's. 5'10" wearing blue jeans, maroon t-shirt and dark navy cap. One person in critical condition.
