Plattsburgh male arrested for unlawful surveillance 2nd

On October 24, 2024, State Police members arrested Shane T. Martin, age 39, of Willsboro, NY, for Unlawful Surveillance 2nd.

On October 22, 2024, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Troopers responded to S Cliff Manor Drive in the town of Plattsburgh for a trespass complaint.  An investigation determined Martin was at the residence and, while he was there, took an inappropriate photo of the victim and sent it to another person without the victim’s knowledge.

Martin was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.  He was arraigned in the Town of Plattsburgh Court, where he was later released on his own recognizance.
