Pizza Hut lease set to expire in March 2019

The corner location of Pizza Hut at Little Neck Parkway and Hillside Avenue's lease is set to expire on March 2019. Currently the lot is on the market based on the potential tenant's flexibility and approval. The current Pizza Hut franchise owner is undecided of the duration according to the manager. The 253-11 Hillside Avenue is listed with Sabre Real Estate Group and can be reached at (516) 874-8070. Pizza Hut is one of the lowest franchise fee after Subways with $25,000 for guaranteed contract of 20 years. The setup investment varies based on location from $300,000 for takeouts to $2 million for eat-in with 6% royalty fee on all sales and another 3% for marketing promotions.
