Phase 3 in NYC starts July 6

NYC Mayor de Blasio stated at today's press conference Phase 3 is on track to re-open on July 6. The main are food service and personal care in Phase 3 outlined from the governor's office. The list are tattoo parlors, massage parlors, tanning salons and nail salons. As for sports, public playgrounds are open for tennis, soccer, dog runs, handball courts and basketball courts. For indoor dining, 50% capacity is allowed. As for Queens public libraries, the following locations will be open on July 13 with limited to go services, Bayside, Bellerose, East Elmhurst, Kew Gardens Hills, Laurelton, LIC and Peninsula. The returns by drop off locations are Astoria, Cambria Heights, Central Library, Flushing, Jackson Heights, Queensboro Hill, Rego Park, Ridgewood and South Ozone Park but remains closed.
