Phase 3 construction to start on Queens Blvd in Elmhurst

Elmhurst - Mayor di Blasio was at Queens Blvd and Woodhaven Blvd for a press conference of Phase 3 redesign. The project includes new bike lanes, expanded medians and repaved crosswalks on Queens Blvd from Elmhurst to Forest Hills. Since the project started 2 years back with Phase 1 and 2, de Blasio confirmed there was never a single traffic fatality as part of Vision Zero.
