Phase 2 to reopen on Monday

NYC Mayor de Blasio reported Phase 2 can open on Monday, June 22. This came after public backlash and outcry from city council members. At the same time, the mayor issued executive order for open restaurant program. There will be 5 options for restaurants with the first three starts on Monday. They are parking spaces for outdoor eating, sidewalk tables and backyard for the same. This is only for restaurants and not bars. Also for Phase 2, retail stores, hair salons and barbershops but not nail salons. real estate, car dealership, commercial buildings from office to cleaning.
Playgrounds can open on Monday. Swimming at beaches not allowed.
