Person struck by vehicle in Astoria

Astoria - Steinway Street and Ditmars Blvd, police are reporting a person struck by vehicle and pinned inside. Reported the victim is under a FedEx truck. ESU, EMS, FDNY and NYPD are on the scene. Reported 11:30am.
