Perpetrator wanted for forcibly touching victim sex crime in Jamaica

On 11/15/24 the NYPD103Pct on a Q8 MTA bus, in the vicinity of Sutphin Blvd & 94 Ave, a 17-yr-old female victim was approached by an unknown individual. The individual forcibly touched her & pulled the victim down onto his lap before he fled the bus on foot
