Penn Station has new train hall

Today, Governor Cuomo unveiled the new train hall, Moynihan Train Hall named after the late Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan. The $1.6 billion taxpayers project with 255,000 square feet will open on January 1, 2021 to provide service for LIRR and Amtrak. This is the former post office building that was open 24/7.
