Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Rego Park later died

Arkadiy Dibin, 29 died from injuries after he was struck by vehicle at the intersection of Yellowstone Blvd and Selfridge Street. It happened on Sunday, August 6 around 12:30am. The 66 year old male driver remained on the scene and is cooperating with police. No charges has been filed.
