Paul Lubin 31 of Florida was arrested on Thursday evening at Rockville Centre Nassau County and charged with multiple armed robberies at Chase Banks in Queens

Lubin robbed a Chase Bank near University of South Florida on November 27 and then left for New York where he started serial robberies. Feds working with NYPD and Florida police matched his fingerprints in the system at Manatee County, Miami-Dade, and Sarasota where he was arrested eight times for various crimes and several years in prison to crimes in Queens.
