Pastor from Holy Spirit in New Hyde Park is charged with sexual abuse of a 22 year old male

The Fourth Squad and Special Victims Squad report the arrest of an Oceanside man for Forcible Touching that occurred on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 12:30 a.m. in Oceanside.

According to Detectives, Defendant Thomas Moriarty, 62, of 16 South 6th Street, New Hyde Park did sexually abuse a 22-year-old male victim. The defendant is employed as a pastor by the Holy Spirit Church located in New Hyde Park

Defendant Thomas Moriarty is charged with Forcible Touching. He was arraigned at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead on Thursday, October31,2024.
