Part of Bell Blvd closed in Bayside

Police are on Bell Blvd reporting an EDP is barricaded inside a building. This is at 46th Road and 214th Street.

ESU is working to bring down the EDP.

EMS is standing by.

Reported the EDP is suicidal and possibly armed with people inside.
