Package theft caught on video with first pic in Bayside

A homeowner captured pictures of a perp wanted for package theft in Bayside. The perp also stole packages from door steps in Auburndale. Residents alerted police and the pictures has been submitted. Ongoing investigation. This is the first pic posted.
