PR gearing up for statehood vote

Come November 3, the people in Puerto Rico can vote to decide if they want their own statehood. This will result 2 members in the US Senate seat and 4 in the Congress. The governor will report to the president under the 51st State. All residents of PR are open to vote. If passed, NYC residents of PR origins are expected to be limited to residency status and other benefits over current residents.
