PATH director tested positive for coronavirus

Governor Cuomo reported Rick Cotton, the executive director of The Port Authority tested positive for coronavirus. Cuomo also reported the state will produce its own hand sanitizer, over 100,000 gallons a week to provide to government agencies, schools, MTA, prisons and other public locations after spike in the price and very hard to get now. As of Monday afternoon, the confirmed cases of coronavirus in NYS is 142 with NYC at 19, Nassau at 17, Suffolk at 1, Westchester at 98, Rockland at 4, Saratoga at 2 and Ulster at 1. For schools where a student is tested positive, the school will be closed for 24 hours. The hand sanitizers is made by NY prison inmates.
