Owner of popular Mineola eatery busted for tax fraud

Churrasqueira Brasa Rodizio located at 100 Herricks Rd, Mineola has customers wondering weekend's message. Police arrested its owner Joseph Rosmaninho at his Smithtown residence for defrauding state tax in the sum of $333,794.89 from September 2011 to December 2015. The former co-owner, Paul Batista also arrested out of his home in North Carolina. Both pleaded not guilty and their next court date is June 7 and 8. Reported 9pm.
