Owner claims no robbery at Amoco gas station in Garden City Park

On January 5 around 6pm, a suspect was walking around Hillside Avenue and Denton Avenue while observing the corner Amoco gas station waiting for no customers zone.

Shortly, the perp went inside and displayed a gun demanding cash. From there, the suspect took off with cash toward south south Denton Avenue.

The owner of the gas station did not report to authorities but several customers who witnessed the incident. Also, the owner claims there was no robbery but after police investigation, the perp is described as male, white or Hispanic, 20 to 30s.
