Anyone in NYC under the right to refuse help has added suspects also quietly confirmed from the Mayor's office.

This means, doing drugs, panhandling, assaults, mugging by people not involving injuries does not get charged but ask for help with programs and the right to refuse only to be released back to the safest city in America.

Between June 6 to June 12, NYPD released data of 376 robberies, 569 felony assaults, 291 burglaries and 38 rape victims.

29 people shot in the 24 shooting incidents and 7 murders.

Posting around the clock is time consuming.

The nonprofit groups are raking account receivables in cooperation with local elected Council members along with Assembly and Senate to keep the fund flowing without audit from the NYC Comptroller for programs. The lawyers and senior management of nonprofits are making most of the profits.
