Outgoing Queens Borough President Marshall unveils 23M Borough Hall event space

In one of her final acts as Queens BP, Helen Marshall and local dignitaries christened the airy, 11,000-square-foot Forum at Borough Hall located on Queens Blvd near Union Turnpike in Kew Gardens. Marshall said she hopes as many Queens residents as possible are able to use the new facility since they paid for it, i.e. tax.
