Out of 90 targets 5 homeless shelters are complete in NYC

NYC - Mayor di Blasio's goal of completing 90 homeless shelters reported of 5 completed locations and they are in Brooklyn at the moment. di Blasio is expanding to Queens with Maspeth, Bellerose and Glen Oaks in the pipeline. Those 85 locations has not been disclosed as of yet. Despite protests and lawsuits, the city is going ahead with locations already planned. Reported 12pm.
