Operation Restore Roosevelt is working for one group but not the other

Before it was a joint venture between Asians and Hispanics on Roosevelt Avenue promoting you know what.

Last Tuesday, the Mayor in Jackson Heights announced Operation Restore Roosevelt to curb brothels operating illegally at commercial locations.

Over the weekend, with the mounting presence of NYPD, the oldest profession continue to do well on Roosevelt Avenue from Jackson Heights, Elmhurst to Corona favoring the Hispanics.

Commercial locations setup by Asians are being monitored for illegal activities but not private dwellings due to no warrant seizure unless residents or homeowners complain. So far no complaints as per local law enforcement officials on the scene.

According to the NYPD, there is no law for a potential party striking a conversation to anyone standing outside who is soliciting you know what. From there, it’s a journey to the private residence from homes to apartments which cannot be enforced again without a warrant.

Local residents are furious the plan is not working but praised the Mayor for shutting down commercial locations.

The Mayor’s Office declined to comment on this due to ongoing operations between the NYPD and NYSP.

Local neighbors living in the vicinity of Roosevelt Avenue and Elmhurst Avenue stated, it's what it is and nothing can be done to curb it unless voting for a change.
