Open area thefts to burglary reported on Little Neck Parkway

Police reported multiple thefts in open areas on Little Neck Parkway in Glen Oaks between October 4 to 7 along with a burglary near 260th Street in Glen Oaks. Also, multiple attempts were reported on the same stretch between Grand Central Parkway and Union Turnpike. Several residents reported a group of teens were checking door knobs between 75th and 74th Avenues and alerted police. Ongoing investigation.
