Open Culture coming to NYC

The NYC Council passed the bill to allow live performances in the streets of NYC by charging people. This will be legal on the streets, plazas, city parks and soon underway for subways.

In order to participate, there will be permit required which will be online next year. People with talent can partake in music, theater and any acts on the streets in NYC including Queens.

The concern from weather, noise to harassments will be discussed later based on the incidents.

The events by individual or group will start March 1, 2021. ENJOY.
