Oneonta man arrested following thefts from home improvement retailer

On July 28, 2026, at approximately 3:47 p.m., New York State Police at Oneonta arrested Jumal D. Flow, 55, of Oneonta following a report of multiple thefts at Lowes.

An investigation determined that on five separate dates in the month of July, Flow entered Lowes on State Highway 23 in Oneonta and stole various items which included extensions cords, electrical items, flooring, carpet tiles, bathroom hardware, bathroom mirrors, a sink and Pokemon cards.

On July 28, Troopers were dispatched to Lowes where he was arrested and charged with:

Grand Larceny in the 4thd degree, a class “E” felony

Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor
