One word but differently used by victims in northeast Queens

According to the NYPD stats, northeast Queens from Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, Glen Oaks, Bellerose, Floral Park to Queens Village reported larcenies mainly petit.

In Glen Oaks, four people were arrested for grand larcenies for using bank cards stolen from elsewhere. Several residents reported mail thefts from the bank cards missing.

Hillside Avenue reported the most incidents of petit larcenies from store to civilian thefts. EMS reported no injuries to victims of petit larcenies.

The newly opened LiDL in Glen Oaks already reported thefts and the security reported more calls to the local precinct than before.

Meanwhile, a group of local businesses are now gathering to discuss keeping their operation 24/7 due to new consumers in demand, especially on Union Turnpike which has 80% occupancy conversion to customers.

The community board has not received the plan as of yet.
