One sector of Bellerose reported multiple grand larcenies

Police reported thefts of mails, property removals, Christmas decorations and multiple thefts from residential yards.

Also reported thefts from store lots on 249 Street and Hillside Avenue around Little Neck Parkway. The area targeted were Commonwealth Blvd, Hillside Avenue, Shiloh Avenue, 76th Avenue and Little Neck Parkway.

Several residents on Elkmont and Shiloh Avenues reported of bank cards stolen and used elsewhere.

The incidents happened after Thanksgiving weekend.
