One person dead from vehicle accident in Forest Hills

Police are reporting a fatal vehicle accident on Queens Blvd and 71st Avenue in Forest Hills reporting one person dead. It happened on November 18 around 6:30pm. It was two vehicle accident when a driver struck another vehicle in front during the red light stop. A 68 year old male suffered cardiac arrest and later died at a local hospital. Another person, a 38 year old female was also taken to hospital with injuries.
